Our fire prevention group attended Safety Town on July 18th at the Anna P. Mote Elementary School. During the event the young students learned the story of “Marshal” the Fire Safety Bear and the importance of “Exit Drills In The Home (EDITH)”. Firefighters also discussed fire safety tips and gave a tour of the apparatus and equipment. Remember – “Always know two ways out of your home in the event of a fire”.
