Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash (MVC) in the 400 block of Milltown Road.  The incident was upgraded after a firefighter arrived on the scene reporting the driver was trapped in the vehicle.  Firefighters used hydraulic rescue tool to remove the driver's side door from the vehicle to free the patient.   The patient was transported to Christiana Hospital.
 

Mill Creek was assisted by duty engine from Hockessin Fire Company.   The crash is being investigated by the New Castle County Police.
