On February 28, 2019 at 1:48 PM Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched to a fire in the 1900 block of Limestone Road.   Callers were indicating heavy black smoke coming from the area.  Additional calls were received advising that a truck was on fire with extension to a shed.   Arriving units quickly doused the fire and prevented further damage to the shed.
 

Mill Creek Fire Company was assisted by Belvedere, Cranston Heights, Five Points and MInquas Fire Companies.  Units were on the scene for approximately 45 minutes.   The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
